Parathas/chapati with mixed vegetable sauce

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 2tspYeast
  4. Little sugar
  5. Luke warm water
  6. Black pepper
  7. Melted butter
  8. Parsely(optional)
  9. For the sauce:
  10. Chopped vegetables(carrots,green beans, green pepper,potatoes)
  11. Cabbage(optional)
  12. Chopped onion
  13. Scotch bonnet
  14. Seasoning
  15. Spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First,sieve the flour,add the yeast,salt,little sugar and black pepper in terms of making parathas while in making chappati not now.

    Add in the luke warm water and form a dough,cover with cling film and allow it to rest.aftersome time,need the dough and divide it into pieces.

    Roll it out,then mix the melted butter and parsely with blackpepper,use brush and spread it on the both side of the dough.heat the non-stick pan and placed the rolled dough on it and and allow it to grill, turn in the both sides.

    Remove from the pan and put it in a food warmer and repeat thesame for the rest.for parathas fry it and put it in a food warmer to be soft.

    For the sauce:in a pan,stir fry onion and pepper,put all the veges and simmer for few minutes.then serve!
