Ingredients

  1. 1/5 kgokra
  2. 1 bunchugu leaves
  3. 1big fresh stock fish
  4. Ngolo
  5. Perwinkles
  6. Dried shrimps
  7. Grinded crayfish
  8. Grinded pepper
  9. Salt
  10. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the stockfish and prawns/ngolo in seasoning until the fish and and ngolo are cooked

  2. 2

    Remove the fish from the little stock on fire

  3. 3

    Add grinded crayfish and pepper

  4. 4

    Taste for seasoning and add the perewinkles

  5. 5

    Then add the diced okras and stir

  6. 6

    Do not cover the pot and allow to boil for 3 minutes while stiring occasionally. Then add the fish back

  7. 7

    Sprinkle the ugu leaves on and leave to cook for 30secs without stirring.

  8. 8

    Then after 30secs, stir gently to mix without scattering the fish

  9. 9

    Taste for salt and seasoning and set down after minute
