    Peel back of potato and boil mash and add little salt

    For the filling place a pan add your dice onion and taruhu stir fry then add mince meat garlic and ginger powder with some maggi and stir for 5mins

    Get your leather and scope mash potato then add your mince meat in the middle

  4. 4

    Get your flour mixture dust the ball then put in egg take it out then lastly in bread crumb repeat the process

  5. 5

    Preheat oil fry till golden brown
