Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti
  2. 1 bunchVegetables(ugu leave)
  3. Fresh pepper
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Boiled egg
  6. Onions
  7. Smoked fish
  8. cubesSeasoning
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water until soft. Drain and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Chop vegetables, tomatoes and onions. Stir fry with a little groundnut oil, add seasoning cubes, fish and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Garnish with boiled egg.
