Ingredients

  1. 1 poundred potatoes diced
  2. 1-3/4 poundlamb gyro loaf thinly sliced
  3. 15 ounceschickpea
  4. 1 poundCarrots
  5. 1large onion diced
  6. 15 ouncesbeef broth
  7. 1 cupfrozen English peas
  8. 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  9. 1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  12. 8 ouncesbaby portobello mushrooms
  13. 1/2 cupmarsala
  14. 2 tablespoonsLea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  15. 1-1/2 tablespooncapers
  16. 1 stickbutter
  17. To tasteParmesan cheese optional
  18. To tasteyour favorite croutons

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash the carrots the slice them. Wash and dice the potatoes leave the peeling on. Dice the onion. Heat a pot and melt the butter. Add the Carrots sauté for 10 minutes. Now add the potatoes and onion. Add the spices mix well.

    Slice the mushrooms add them to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer till everything is done.

    Let rest 20 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
