Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupcooked broken wheat (dalia)
  3. 1/3 cupPowdered sugar
  4. 1/4 cupchocolate flakes
  5. 1/4 cupcornflakes
  6. 3 tbspbutter
  7. 1 tspvanilla essence
  8. 1 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Method
    1.in a bowl add butter,sugar and beat till pluffy.

    2.now add vanila essence

  3. 3

    Add wheat flour and cooked broken wheat and combine.

  4. 4

    Now add chocolate flakes and baking powder again mix well.

  5. 5

    Atlast add cornflake and mix again lightly.

  6. 6

    Scoop 1tbsp each cookie batter on lined baking tray and keep in refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.

    Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Take out cookies and let it cool completely at room temp

  9. 9

    Keep it in the air tight container and enjoy with tea or as when your tongue crave for midnight snack
