Buckwheat Flour Cookies

I like buckwheat flour, so I tried making some cookies with it.
It's fun if you use shaped cookie cutters to cut out the dough. I wanted my cookies to have a crunchy texture, so I used coarsely ground buckwheat flour, but finely ground flour is fine. If you don't have any spelt flour, use (whole wheat) bread flour. You can also use vegetable oil instead of the sesame and canola oil. Recipe by Ruruko

I bought buckwheat flour thinking I would make buckwheat flour galette, but I didn't have a chance to make it, and I made it into cookies.Add soy milk a bit at a time as it will not mix well if you do it all at once. I like square cookies more so than round ones, so I shape into squares. Shape them how you like~ It's easy to tear the dough by hand and rolling into balls, so I recommend that method~ Buckwheat flour has lots of Rutin (flavanoids). Rutin is said to lower blood pressure. For about 20. Recipe by Hacchun cookpad.japan -

Barley Flour Cookies Barley Flour Cookies
I originally made these cookies with kinako, but lately I have been making them with barley flour instead.Caution: The ingredients are adjusted to suit barley flour. Making these with kinako requires different amounts and processes, so be careful!Step 2: It's rather difficult to clump the dough together, so you can add a little bit more soy milk if you like. Don't add too much or it will probably become too tough. If you change the flours to 50 g barley flour and 50 g regular flour, it will really bring out the aroma of the barley flour, but the dough will be harder to work with. Either way is okay. Recipe by Soraten mama cookpad.japan -

I wanted to make a simple recipe that is healthy for children, and easy to make with them too.If you don't form them well enough, you can add just a little bit of oil to them.Since you are using whole wheat flour, when you form the dough, it may separate a bit, but it's not a problem.Mix and bake. If you don't want to use cause sugar, you can use light brown sugar or even regular sugar. For easy to make amount (16 cookies). Recipe by Lily maman cookpad.japan -
Crispy Bread Flour Cookies Crispy Bread Flour Cookies
When making some chocolate bread, I forgot to add the water into the bread maker and it came out crispy like a cookie. The dough will be different depending on the kind of bread flour and chocolate you decide to use.If the dough becomes sticky, add some more bread flour. If it becomes powdery, add some vegetable oil.If you let the dough chill for too long, it will harden and become too difficult to cut!!If you force it while cutting, the dough will crumble. Healthy Rice Flour & Oatmeal Cookies Healthy Rice Flour & Oatmeal Cookies
I had a lot of leftover rice flour, so I tried it out in my usual recipe for oatmeal cookies and they turned out great! If the dough won't come together with the listed amount of water, gradually add more water until it comes together. Even if there may not seem to be enough moisture, the dough should roll easily enough in the palm of your hand. (Recipe by canahey) cookpad.japan -
100% Whole Wheat Flour Macrobiotic Cookies 100% Whole Wheat Flour Macrobiotic Cookies
I wanted to make some macrobiotic cookies so came up with this recipe. I was so surprised by how delicious these cookies turned out I really didn't think they would taste very good. I really didn't expect this recipe to become so useful. These cookies are great for those on a diet I want to try making them in different flavors soon too.The flour that I used was quite coarse so the resulting dough didn't quite come together properly. If you use a flour with a finer grain, I think it will come together better. You can substitute the beet sugar for caster sugar if you like. It won't quite be a macrobiotic cookie if you do that though. I made these cookies not so sweet so feel free to increase the sugar content. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan
