Ingredients

  1. 1 kgraw mangoes
  2. 100 gmsalt
  3. 3 tsphaldi powder
  4. 25 gmsyellow mustard
  5. 10 gmred chilli powder
  6. 20 gmred kashmari chilli powder
  7. 150 gmmustard oil
  8. 1/2 tspheeng

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and wipe the raw mangoes.

    Now cut in desired pieces and add haldi and salt and let it dry 4to5 hrs.

    Heat mustard oil.Let it cool.

  4. 4

    Now add all the masala in oil and add dry cut mango pieces mix nicely.

  5. 5

    Achhar is ready keep it in sun fr 3to 4 days and shake it twice a day so that masala get coated on mango pieces.
