Ingredients

  1. Catfish
  2. Garlic and ginger
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Onions
  5. Sweetpepper
  6. Irish potatoes
  7. Spices
  8. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur fish properly with ash (toka) or vinegar and allow to drain the water in it

  2. 2

    Blend the scotch bonnet,onions,garlic and ginger,seasoning,spices and 3tspn of oil.

    Marinate the fish with the blended mixture and allowed to stay for 2-3hours.

  4. 4

    Preheat ur oven and put the marinated fish in a baking tray and add ur pilled Irish potatoes and bake for 30-35 mid on medium heat. When its almost done add a sauce to it and ur sliced onion and sweet pepper to it. The sauce is made with grated attaruhu,onions and spices and seasoning
