Ingredients

  1. 8 pieceschicken (lollipop cut)
  2. 1/4 cupmaida
  3. 2-3 tspcorn flour
  4. 1 tspsoya sauce
  5. 1/2 tsptomato sauce (optional)
  6. 3-4 tspschezwan sauce
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. as required Water
  9. to tasteSalt according
  10. as required Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix maida, corn flour, soya sauce, 1/2 tsp schezwan sauce, 1 beaten egg, salt, red chilli powder and water. Mix into a semi thick batter.

    Now add the chicken pieces into the batter to coat them with batter properly.

    Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep on a tissue paper to remove the extra oil

    Now in a separate pan, add 1 tsp oil. Add 3-4 tsp schezwan sauce, 1/2 tsp tomato sauce and saute for few seconds. Now add the chicken pieces and toss them for few minutes to ensure they are well coated with the schezwan sauce. Now take them out and transfer to a serving plate.
