Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 2 cupscurd
  2. 1/2mango pulp
  3. 1 tspcumin powder
  4. 1 tspblack salt
  5. 8-10ice cubes
  6. 2 tspjaggery powder if needed

Cooking Instructions

    Take curd and mango in a mixer and blend smooth.

  2. 2

    Mix other spices and blend it again, pour into glasses.

  3. 3

    Garnish with mint leaves, cumin powder. If you want you can add lemon juice also.Curd is natural thing to losing weight,if we add curd in our diet it's very healthy and good for health,just because of their lactobacillus.
