Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupscurd
  2. 2medium sized cucumber deseeded and grated
  3. 1 tbsplemon juice
  4. 2 clovesgarlic crushed
  5. Small 1/2 onion chopped (optional)
  6. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  7. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  8. as required Few raisins (optional)
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients except curd in a blender

  2. 2

    Blend by adding curd little at a time so that every ingredient is grinded well.then add remaining curd and blend again.

    Can add little water if needed.Pour in bowls keep in the fridge and serve it chilled with garnish of your choice.
