Ingredients

For 4 people
  1. 150 gonion
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 2/3 teaspooncurry powder
  4. 1 tablespoonflour
  5. 2 cupswater
  6. 1and 1/2 broth cube
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. ・ a little salt
  9. ・ a little pepper
  10. ・ a little dried paesly

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the onion thinly.

    Melt the butter on the saucepan and stir-fry the onion until tender at medium flame.

    Sprinkle the curry powder, add the flour and stir-fry until mixed well.

    Add water and the broth cube and bring it to boil.Skin the foam from the surface.

    When broth cube in dissolved, add milk, salt, and pepper.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with dried parsley when serving.
