Cooking Instructions

Get a pot and add water and curry inside the pot.

And cook your rice (do not over cook the rice)

Heat a pan and add a little bit of oil then add the chopped ginger,garlic and minced meat add any seasoning of your choice. After 2 to 3 mins add the onions.

Then you add your carrots next.

Then add your red and green peppers and scotch bonnet to the stir fry.

After a minute add your rice and spring onions.

Then add a little soy sauce to give it a rich colour and enhance the taste.

And lastly add the scrambled eggs and sprinkle some Italian spices.
