Jowar Bhakri (Roti)
Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and add sorghum flour in it, add salt mix it well.

Add water and make a soft dough.

Pick a small piece of dough round it. Dust flour on rolling board and put that ball on it. Dust flour on it also..

Now with the help of palm and fingers tap it and make a roti. This is traditional way to make bhakri.. You can make it with roller also.

Now carefully put this roti on preheated griddle. Now sprinkle some water on it and spread it all over the roti.

Flip it and cook it that side also

Now with help of tongs set it on flame and cook it. Serve it with ghee.
