Ingredients

  1. 8meduim potatoes
  2. 4eggs(2 for the mixing and 2 for coating)
  3. 3Scotch bonnet(attaruhu)
  4. 1medium Onion and spring onion(lawashin albasa)
  5. to tasteSalt enough
  6. 3 cubesMaggi
  7. Spices
  8. Flour(hand scoop)
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes,shredd using greater and squeeze out the water.The water is of no use.

  2. 2

    Transfer in to a bowl,add chopped attarudu,onion and spring onion,add little flour(to make it sticky),eggs,salt,maggi and spices.

    Mix well,scoop and mold in to a ball.

    Deflat the ball and coat with semovita/flour

  5. 5

    Deep in egg and fry.
