Cooking Instructions

Soaked the moong and poha rice for 10min.and grinder the moong dal,and poha rice in a fine paste.and in a mixing bowl combine the besan flour, cheera,and moong together and mix it nicely.

Next,add tomato and onion puree,and blend the ingredients again.then add green chilli,salt,blackpepper,and chopped dhania in a batter.and mix it properly with a spoon.

Heat 1tsp butter in a tawa,and pour the batter and spread it in a pitha shape.and fry upside down till it's well fried and dark golden brown. Check it with a spatula to check wether it was fried well.

Spread a little amount of butter in both side and keep on sriring till it's done.and switch off the flame and pour in the plate.

Moong cheera pitha is ready to serve with tea.and tomato chutney.
