Soaked moong dal for 3hours,

Soak flattened rice for 15mins,make paste of moong dal and flattened rice add semolina to this.add salt, onions,ginger paste, coariander add water and make dosa consistency batter.

Heat Pan spread dosa batter with little oil.cook dosa and serve with tomato coconut chutney.
