Ingredients

  1. 10medium potatoes
  2. Mince Meat as required
  3. 2medium Atarudu
  4. Salt
  5. Seasoning
  6. 2eggs
  7. Breadcrumbs
  8. Butter for shallow frying Or oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot, put your potatoes,minced meat,lil salt,seasonings,chopped onions and cook till the potatoes are soft.

    Transfer the cooked potatoes/meat in bowl and mash,add you grated atarudu,spices and seasonings (pinch) and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add lil flour if its watery.

  4. 4

    Then flattening the mix with rolling pin after sprinkling some flour,find a clean cookie cutter or any other shape object and cut

  5. 5

    Dip the potato mixture in egg,then to bread crumbs and fry

  6. 6
