Cooking Instructions

Parboil chicken and spice to your taste and seasoning till it's very tender and the water is about to dry up.

Blend the fresh tomatoes with, pepper, red bell pepper and 1 onions and cook same till the water dries up.

Add vegetable oil into the already cooked chicken stock while its still on fire and Once the oil is heated up, immediately add sliced onions into the already heated oil and immediately add the already cooked tomato paste and stir

Allow it cook for about 5 minutes then add seasoning to taste and turn off heat; serve with white rice
- 5
Finally turn off heat and serve

I used my left over vegetables . One egg plant was gone half bad, used my frozen tomatoes , and add a can of black beans. You can use any can of legumes ( chickpeas , white beans, but lentils would not be a good idea, )if you don’t want to use oven you can use same pot to cook if you are too lazy or have no time. .
