Ingredients

  1. Bonnet(attaruhu)
  2. Chicken
  3. Curry,thyme
  4. Onions
  5. Garlic
  6. Spices(onga Maggi dangote cube Terra)
  7. Ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur chicken and strain on colander don't allow to be dry.look for a bowl add ur chicken curry and pound ginger and garlic,ur bonnet should be grated add on chicken Ur cubes should be crushed and put on ur chicken

    Allow to rest for about an hour.put chicken in oven and roast for about 70mins

  3. 3

    I made sauce with bonnet and onions.first heat ur veg oil with some thyme add ur bonnet and fry with onions add ur spices and a bit of water.

    Add ur sauce to ur chicken and close in a flask so that the sauce would make it moist.ready to eat enjoy
