Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBengal gram dal
  2. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  3. 1 spoonsaunf
  4. 1big onion finely chopped
  5. 3-4garlic
  6. 2 spoonred chilli powder
  7. 2 cupspinach
  8. as neededFew coriander leaves chopped
  9. As neededFew curry leaves
  10. as neededOil for deep frying
  11. To tastesalt

    Soak Bengal gram Dal for 30 minutes

    Grind Bengal gram Dal along with red chilli powder,snauf,garlic,curry leaves.(not a smooth paste)

    Now add spinach and grind gently(not to smooth paste)transfer to a bowl and.add onion salt and Turmeric powder and finely chopped coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Once the oil is hot make small round,or flatten it and deep fry the vadas till it is cooked.(don't fry till it turns golden brown then vada will become rough)

    NOTE: no need to add water anywhere.
