Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add rava, curd and salt. Combine well without forming any lumps. Rest it for 15-20 minutes till rava absorbs water

After 20 minutes again add 1/4 cup of water or as required

Just before steaming the idlis add eno and pour the batter onto greased idli plate
- 4
Steam them on medium flame for 15 minutes or till the idlis are cooked completely
- 5
Finally, served them with Coconut chutney.Enjoy.
