A great moist bread that is sweet but not to rich. I make mine without nuts due to allergies. Feel free to add them. I also add dried blueberries and make mini muffins out of the batter.

A great moist bread that is sweet but not to rich. I make mine without nuts due to allergies. Feel free to add them. I also add dried blueberries and make mini muffins out of the batter.

Ingredients

75 mins
  1. 1/2 cupcorn oil room temperature
  2. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  3. 2eggs room temperature
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 4 teaspoonbaking powder double acting
  7. 3ripe bananas

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients seperately

    Peel and mash bananas well (no lumps)

  3. 3

    Add eggs and oil to the bananas and mix together.

  4. 4

    Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet batter.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into a greased bread pan.

  6. 6

    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350. Or split into 2 loaves and cook about 45 minutes
