Ingredients

  1. 2mangoes
  2. 3 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons+ 1 teaspoon ghee
  4. 1 handfulcranberry (optional)
  5. 1 cupoats

Cooking Instructions

    First chop mangoes add brown sugar and make a paste.Add it to a pan cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.

    Now add 2 tablespoons ghee to it and cook it for 3 mins.

    Keep cranberry ready once ghee incorporates into it add the berry and cook for 2 mins.

    Grease silicon mould with a teaspoon of melted ghee and keep ready.Once the berry gets cooked add oats and mix well. Now add it to silicon mould and bake it at 180 for 15 mins. Cool in the fridge for 15 mins and cut into desired shapes.
