Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer
  2. 9+3 big cloves of garlic
  3. 1large onion sliced
  4. 1small chopped tomato
  5. 1/4 cupmethi leaves
  6. 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  7. 2-3green chillies
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi
  10. 4 tbspoil
  11. 1 tbspbutter
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, slightly roast the paneer from both sides and keep aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add crushed garlic(9cloves) and onions. Saute till onions are translucent.

    Add tomatoes, haldi, green chillies and methi and cook for 2 minutes.

    Cool and blend this mixture with 1/4 cup water to get a puree. Heat 2 tbsp oil and add the garam masala to it. Then add the ground masala and salt to taste. Mix well.

    Now add the coconut milk and cook the gravy for 2 mins. Add the paneer pieces and simmer on a low flame for 3 to 4 mins.

    Finally heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and saute 2 cloves of crushed garlic and pour over the paneer gravy. Serve with parathas or tandoori roti. Enjoy! :)
