  1. 200 gmspinach
  2. 250 gmpaneer
  3. 1 tablespoonCumin seeds
  4. 2cardamom
  5. 2-3cloves
  6. 1/2cinnamon
  7. 2-3black pepper
  8. as neededSalt
  9. 10 gmdry fenugreek leaves
  10. 4-5green chilli
  11. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  12. 2onions
  13. as neededGinger garlic paste (5 cloves garlic and small piece of ginger)
  14. 1 tablespoonfresh milk cream
  15. 1tomato (finally chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    In our first step take fresh palak clean them and wash properly 4-5 times.Then boil palak for 5 minutes so bitterness of palak will be decrease, allow water to drain completely otherwise lots of moisture while cooking. Then cut paneer in cubes.Take 1/2 tablespoon of oil in pan and fry them for 5 minute in medium stove,them put them aside.

    Now in same pan take 1 tablespoon of oil fry green chillies and palak for 3-5 minutes then cool completely and blend them keep them aside.

    Heat 1.5 tablespoon of oil and fry cinnamon,cardamom,cumin seeds,cloves and black pepper untill sizzle,then add onion paste untill they become transparent to Golden now add ginger garlic paste untill raw smell goes away now add tomato and fry them well now add garam masala,kasturi methi saute them untill mixture leaves sides of the pan.

    Now add blend palak salt in this saute add 1.5 glass of water mix well untill bubbles appear for 3-5 minutes.avoid overcooking, switch off stove,add paneer and fresh milk cream.Palak paneer is ready to serve.We can eat with naan chapati,rice.
