  7. 1"piece cinnamon
  8. 1Star anise
  9. as neededMaggie masala

  11. 1 tspRed chilli
  12. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  13. 1 tspAnaardaana powder
  14. 4 tbspFresh cream
  15. as neededButter for cooking
  16. 50 gmPnaeer

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker pressure cook Tomato, onion, garlic, green chilli, ginger, clove, cinnamon, star anise

    After boiling grind into smooth paste

    Strain all the puree

  4. 4

    In a pan add butteR

  5. 5

    Now add Strained puree

  6. 6

    Add spIces acc to taste like salt, chilli, maggue masala, garam masala, anardana

  7. 7

    Cook on medium flame with lid on for 10 mins

  8. 8

    Now add cream and mix well

  9. 9

    Add paneer cubes and cook for another 5 min On low flame

  10. 10

    Serve hot with butter on top
