Ingredients

  1. 4medium sized guava
  2. Fresh ginger, as desired
  3. 2lemon juice
  4. Sugar,to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the guava and ginger then rinse with clean water.cut into smaller pieces and add into a blender jar. Pour one cup of water in a small pot,wash the lemon juice and add.then bring to a boil.remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

    Add water into the blender and blend till smooth. Sieve.

    Squeeze the boiled lemon and add then sieve again. Add water to adjust thickness as desired. Add sugar to your taste,mix well till sugar dissolves completely. Refrigerate for at least an hour then serve and enjoy.
