Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal (soaked)
  2. 1 inchginger piece
  3. 1green chilli
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put dal,ginger,green chilli in a grinder and grind it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok,add vada and deep fry till crispy.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
