Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Rice
  2. Tumeric
  3. Onion
  4. Crayfish
  5. V.oil
  6. Green vegetable
  7. Meat
  8. Bell pepper (tatase)
  9. Habanero pepper(rodo)
  10. Salt, spices, seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Add water to cooking pot and set on fire/ heat

  2. 2

    Wash rice and pour to the boiling water to perboil for 10min

  3. 3

    Rinse rice under running tap to stop cooking process

  4. 4

    Set pot on fire/ heat, add a tbspn of v.oil, add onions and sauté for few minute, add water (just enough to cook the rice) add ground crayfish and tumeric. Cover lid and allow to cook.

    For the vegetable. Pluck, rinse with salt and cut vegetable.

    Slice bell pepper, onions and chop Scotch pepper and set aside

  7. 7

    Place a clean pot on fire, add palm oil, allow to heat up for awhile, add locusts beans(iru) and onions, fry a little (welcoming the sweet aroma)

    Add your pepper, bell pepper, onions, salt, spices& seasoning continuing stirring as u fry for 3min and add your meat.

    Add your cut vegetable, stir all together and allow to cook for 3min(don't like cooking veg for longer time)

    Yes ooo, all done by now Rice and vegetable ready to go down
