I enjoy using different meat to prepare my stew so I decided to use cowleg and chicken for this stew.

I enjoy using different meat to prepare my stew so I decided to use cowleg and chicken for this stew.
Cooking Instructions

Wash your cowleg and chicken and put in a pot, add water Seasoning it and boil for 20mins

Parboil your rice for 5mins then wash and cook for 10 mins and set at side.

Heat your pot and put in your oil to heat up then add in your onion, ginger paste and stir to cook for 5mins then add in your tomatoes puree and stir well to cook for 5mins.

Add in your grinded tomatoes and stir to cook for 5mins. Put in your boiled cowleg and chicken, crayfish and stir very well to mix with the tomatoes.

Add in your meat stock and your seasoning, salt to taste and cook for 10 mins. Serve it hot with any drink of your choice, enjoy.
