Rice Mold with Cheese Sauce
An impressive and unique presentation of rice for a buffet or dinner table. The result will satisfy you both visually and taste-wise.A few more secretsInstead of a ring mold, you can use a disposable aluminum cake mold. The ingredient quantities I provide are for such a mold. To prevent the dish from becoming too salty, make sure the kefalograviera cheese you use is not too salty. This recipe, with some variations, is from Mrs. Alexiadou.

Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce
The Singapore chicken rice with ginger sauce I had at a cafe was so delicious. So I came up with this recipe to make it easily at home. You don't need to use fresh coriander if you don't like it! (Actually, I don't like it myself.)You can use boiled chicken instead of cooking it with the rice! The boiled chicken has a firmer texture, so choose whichever you like. Recipe by Nekomaruri

taisen's spicy shrimp sauce over rice

Easy and Healthy White Sauce with Rice Flour
I had some joshinko left over and a member of the COOKPAD taught me how to use it up, from what she saw it on an NHK TV show. I adopted the stew recipe and changed it into a white sauce recipe. It does not contain butter, so it is healthy and is easy on your stomach. I use this recipe all the time for my family.Make sure the joshinko is dissolved in the milk for a while before use. It should be about 10 minutes. This is very important! You can use it right after dissolving it, but the smell of the flour remains and the texture is not too good, so let it settle. Adjust the ratio of the milk and joshinko to your preference. There are two different kinds of joshinko; one is 100% non-glutinous rice flour and the other one contains some regular rice flour. Choose the 100% non-glutinous rice flour. Recipe by chako mama

Rice Noodles with Chicken, Peanut Sauce, and Lime
A colorful dish for such a cloudy week! 😶🌫️I love this dish for its contrast of flavors and how satisfying it is. It's a kind of Pad Thai (my absolute favorite dish in the whole world, along with pizza haha) that isn't quite Pad Thai but still hits the spot. I wanted to try it with some rice noodles I bought at a little shop near my house. This can be made with noodles, pasta, or any kind of noodles.I hope you like it 🤗

Garlic & Soy Sauce Fried Rice ♫ With Mayonnaise
My kids said they wanted to eat crumbly fried rice! That was what got me making this ^ ^When making the scrambled egg, if you're using a Teflon non-stick pan, you don't need oil.If the rice is soft it has too much moisture, and won't become crumbly. So I recommend using regular to firm rice. When making multiple servings, it's a bit of a pain, but I recommend limiting how much you make to 2 servings at once. It cooks more efficiently this way. Aubergine Sauce with Saffron Rice
This may be the most awesome dish I've ever made: it's spicy, sweet and tangy. There are quite a few steps and ingredients but it is well worth it. The saffron-berry rice compliments the vegetable sauce perfectly

CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD SAUCE ON A BED OF WHITE RICE
This plate I use to hate as a little boy but now has become one of my favorite things to cook. I know you will love it too.

Meat Sauce Over Fried Rice
I made this recipe as a way for my kids to eat the vegetables that they normally wouldn't eat served individually.I used meat sauce made in advance. This can be easily made with store-bought sauce, so it's handy for times when you need a quick lunch. Stir frying the vegetables and the rice together, then placing the meat sauce on top prevents the dish from becoming too pasty. Recipe by Yupun

Rice stuffed peppers with mint yogurt sauce
I've had nicer stuffed peppers, but this is still pretty yummy. I like an extra kick so I add chilli, but it really doesn't need it. Peppers can be reheated but are better eaten fresh.

Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish
The usual sweet-salty sauce is great but sometimes you want to eat something refreshing with vinegar.I had a delicius pork donburi once with ponzu sauce once, so I tried making it myself. It's so light that you end up eating quite a lot of rice with it.Shred the cabbage finely. I save time by using grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by mikun

Rice, chicken, potatoes and Sauteéd veggies in soy sauce
I wanted an Asian dish but had to work with what I had at hand. It has a nice soy taste and plenty of meat. Could use more potatoes. The bbq sauce gives it a sweet taste.

Rice Gratin with Easy Homemade Bechamel Sauce
I've been making this rice gratin (doria) for some time. I always used to eyeball the ingredients, so I measured them properly for when my daughter wants to make it.When making the bechamel sauce, add the milk all at once and raise the heat to high, and just keep mixing and mixing until it starts bubbling! That's it! If you add cheese, the sauce will become richer! Leftover sauce can be used to make a special croque-monsieur for breakfast!! Recipe by Naomoka

Shredded meat souce with rice/beans
My family like rice/ beans and his souce made them to love it more.

Great with Rice! Chopped Pork Piccata with Sauce
This is a recipe I thought of to use up leftover sauce.I don't particularly like the combination of eggs with sauce, but after I cooked this, it took the edge off of the sauce, and it was an unexpectedly tasty discovery. When I added pork, it became the best side dish for rice .It's ok to increase or decrease the amount of sauce to your liking. It's also good when using lean meat such as pork shoulder loin. For 2 servings. Recipe by Kumameshi

Thinly Sliced Pork & Mango Sauce with Rice
I usually make a lot like when I'm making hayashi rice, and then eat it the next day too.-I used thinly sliced shoulder roast this time.-Step 8: Be careful not to let it simmer for too long.-Step 9: If the saltiness is just right, then just season with pepper.-There will be less liquid in the leftovers, so it's better to heat it up in the microwave than on the stove. Crispy Rice with Easy Spring Cabbage Ankake Sauce
I messed up when cooking some rice and it didn't taste very good. So I turned it into crispy rice with ankake to disguise it.Of course, if you have delicious freshly cooked rice, you can use it with this dish as-is.Mix the ingredients together before adding to the frying pan so that you don't have to worry about burning anything. You can use any meat or veggies that you have in your fridge!!For the yakisoba version, I used pork instead of beef, Chinese garlic chives instead of snow peas, and I forgot to add the carrots and shimeji mushrooms. Kitsuné Rice Bowl with Curry Sauce and Fried Tofu
Fried bean curd cooked in a sweet-savory sauce on rice (called kitsune-don) is delicious and I love it, but I thought that in the summer months when appetites are lagging something spicy like this would be better. My husband really liked it so I decided to upload it here! You can freeze aburaage (fried flat tofu), so it's useful to keep stocked. I make the sauce with dashi stock so it's not that spicy. It's also good on top of udon noodles. Recipe by pappatyan

Steak Rice Bowl with Wasabi Sauce
I wanted to have a hearty and filling meal.Since the wasabi is cooked, the spiciness disappears. My 3 year old son was able to eat this. Scatter a handful of nori on top and serve! Recipe by Soujiro-

Sauce Katsu Rice Bowl
Ever since I had a delicious sauced katsu-don at a highway stop restaurant when I was visiting my parents, I've been going to the same restaurant every time I go home, so I tried re-creating it. (Although it doesn't really live up to the original...)It is easier to eat if you alternate the fatty sides of the pork roast slices as you layer them, so that the fat does not end up in one lump. The number of slices will depend on the thickness, so adjust accordingly. I used 3 pieces for my husband and 2 for myself. Layered sliced pork is more tender and easier to eat. You can also sandwich sliced cheese for a change. Of course, you can use store bought tonkatsu if you like! For 2 servings. Recipe by Suirin

Sweet and Thick Tempura Rice Bowl Sauce for Bento
One of my favorite ten-don restaurants closed. In my quest for a similar ten-don sauce, I tried a lot of different varieties and this is to my liking.Reduce the sauce until you have almost half the original amount. This will make a thick, sweet sauce. You won't need all of it, so drizzle some over rice and store the rest. Recipe by Shijimi24.
