Ingredients

  2. Sliced okazi200g
  3. 1 kgBeef
  4. Dried fish
  5. Stockfish flesh
  6. 2 tbsOgiri
  7. Ground crayfish 2cksp
  8. Seasoning Cubes 2
  9. Palm oil 2fksp
  10. 2 tbsPepper
  11. Oat flour100g
  12. 1 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Dillute oat flour in water to make a paste.Use hands to tear oha leaves,rinse well,put in a sieve,set aside, wash and slice okazi leaves, set aside,remove bone from fish

    Wash beef,stockfish,season with lil salt and onga cube, boil with little water,when almost done,add Palm oil...add more water,lil thickener already dissolved with lil water,(keep left over to add later), bring to boil,add remaining thickener,other ingredients, except vegetables.Taste to adjust with salt,add oha, cook for a min,then okazi.. stir,cook for extra 2mins.yummy yummy...eat with your fav swallow...

    Note:add thickener paste gradually till you get desired consistency
