An easy eggless chocolate cake recipe. I made this with Parle G biscuits. #eidkimeethas

Cooking Instructions

First grind the biscuits to a fine powder.

In a bowl add the powdered biscuits and sugar. Add cocoa powder and mix well.

Now add milk gradually and mix it to make proper batter then add vanilla essence and give it a good mix.

Now preheat the oven on 180 for 10 minutes.

Grease the cake pan with oil the pour the cake batter to and tap it to release air bubbles. Then put it to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes on 180.

After 20 minutes remove it from the oven and cool down then cut it in pieces and dust it some icing sugar.

Enjoy with a cup of tea.
