Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3cooked rotis grinded in fine powder
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 1 1/2 cupMilk
  4. 3 tbspDesiccated coconut
  5. 4Almonds chopped
  6. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  7. as neededCashewnuts for garnish

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly grind leftover rotis in fine powder properly.

    In a pan add oil then add that powder cook for 10-15 min on slow to medium flame till it leaves oil and colour changes to golden brown.

    Next add all ing one by one and cook till it becomes thick and soaks milk completely.

  4. 4

    Next take it out in greased plate and set in fridge for 3-4 hrs.

    Serve by Garnishing by desiccated coconut & cashewnut.
