Ingredients

3-4 persons
  • 1.5 cupsoaked rice
  • 1big bowl mushroom dices
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1onion vertical chopped
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredSugar
  • as requiredKhada masala(bay leaf, cardamomn,cinamom, star annise, javitri)
  • fewFried cashews
  • as requiredFried onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all Ingredients.

    In a tspn oil roast the vertical chopped onions till brown and keep aside

    In a bowl take mushrooms, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masla, ginger garlic paste, sugar, coriander and mint leaves, curd and mix well.

  4. 4

    In a pan take oil add khada masala, mushroom mix and saute. Add soaked rice, salt and add some water and cover lid and cook till rice is cooked.

    Heat up a coal piece on gas and keep it in a small steel bowl with 1 tspn of ghee on it and keep the bowl in between biryani

    Ready to serve.
