Ingredients

  1. 4regular bread slices
  2. 1/2 cupsooji or semolina
  3. 1/2 cupyogurt
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 pinchbaking powder or baking soda
  6. 1 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 1chopped carrots
  11. 1chopped green chilli
  12. as neededchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the edges of bread slices break the bread into small pieces add into mixer grinder also add sooji yogurt and half cup water blend well

    Rest aside for 10 minutes then add salt baking soda beat well in one direction

  3. 3

    When the pan in lukewarm grease it with oil or butter spread laddle full if batter shape round with spoon in circular motion making a medium thick round uttapam

    Top with onions carrot julians green chilli chopped coriander leaves sprinkle a pinch of red chilli cumin powder and pepper powder cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes then flip them over

    Apply little butter if u like and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame on other side too

    Bread onion uttapam are ready to serve with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup

  7. 7

    U can combine all ingredients and veggies with the batter mix well and the pour them too and make uttapam
