I saw this post on Cookpad, I bookmarked and here it is. I so much enjoyed it. Not just that, following the numerous health benefits of oats and dates and so many unhealthy drinks ( milk inclusive) in circulation, one has to be creative and watch what to eat with the family. Enjoy😋😋😋

Cooking Instructions

Soak already pitted and cleaned dates with the oat in water for 20 - 30 mins
- 2
Blend after it's soaked
- 3
Sieve using a clean cheesecloth or muslin to extract the milk from the chaff.
- 4
Refrigerate to become chilled and enjoy.
