Wash and saok dal whole night. In morning change water. After 24 hours grind the fine paste.

Add salt and chilli as per taste mix well. Rest for 10. Mins. Meanwhile mash the paneer and green chilli and coriander in it.

Take a griddle pour batter on it like chilla consistency. Flip it when it become golden place paneer crumb in it and add oil for crispiness. Toss it till it golden from both sides.

Take out serve with red chutney.
