Ingredients

  1. 1 lmilk
  2. 1 tspvinegar
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. As neededChopped capsicum
  5. Aa neededChopped carrot
  6. To tastechopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take milk in a pan. Let it boil.

  2. 2

    Add all the chopped vegetables in it.

  3. 3

    Now add vinegar to it. When the milk starts curdling strain in a muslin cloth. Let it rest for few minutes. Now it's ready to use.

    U can just shallow fry this or u can just eat it as it is.
