Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 2chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  5. 2chopped green chillies
  6. 200 gmspaneer
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 2 tbspfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blanch the spinach and puree it.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Put cumin seeds.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions,tomatoes.green chillis and ginger.

  5. 5

    Cook the masala properly.

  6. 6

    Add salt and red chilli powder.

  7. 7

    Put spinach puree and mix well.

  8. 8

    Put paneer cubes and mix in it.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle garam masala.

  10. 10

    Garnish with fresh cream.
