Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 1/4turmeric
  3. 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  4. 1/2 tbspcumin
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1/2 tbspchillies finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  10. 3 tbspoil
  11. 2onion
  12. 1tomato purée
  13. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander

    First cut the paneer in small cubes, add a little salt and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Now take a kadai, put some mustard oil in it. When heated, add cumin, and chillies, bay leaf to it. Then add ginger garlic paste.

    Then add one onion which is finely chopped. Sauté until it turns pink.

    Put diced 1 onion and 1 tomato in a blender (both together) and make purée

  5. 5

    Now add this purée in the kadai.

    Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and 1/2 tbsp garam masala.

    Now cook everything for 4-5 mins

    Now add 1/2 cup water and keep stirring to adjust the consistency.

    Now add paneer to it.

    Cover and simmer for 5 mins.

    Finally add coriander leaves. Then serve.
