Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer cut into cubes
  2. 2tsp+1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  4. 5 tspmaida
  5. 2 tspcurry leaves
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspsukha dhaniya
  10. 1red chilli sauce sachet
  11. 1 tsprai
  12. 2dry red chillies
  13. 1 cupbeaten curd
  14. 1/2 tspcornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate paneer in maida,salt,black pepper,1tsp ginger garlic paste,chopped curry leaves and green chillies for 15 mins.Deep fry and keep aside.

    Heat oil,put ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,dry red chillies and red chilli sauce.

    Now add beaten curd with cornflour.cook till it leaves sides.

    Add all the spices with paneer

  5. 5

    Add some water to adjust the gravy. Sprinkle some fresh coriander on top.Serve hot!
