  1. 500 gRice
  2. 2Tomatoes
  3. 1 tbsPepper
  4. Onions 1big
  5. Ground crayfish 1cksp
  6. 10 gOnga classic seasoning
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 200 gCarrot
  9. 1/4 CupVegetable oil
  10. 400 gPonmo
  11. 10 gPounded ginger&garlic

    Wash and scrape sides of ponmo to remove sand, set aside.Wash tomatoes,pepper and peeled onions,slice thinly,set aside.SCRAPE carrot,wash and slice or dice,set aside.cook ponmo with lil seasoning and pepper, till almost done...strain

    Preheat oil in medium heat,add tomato,pepper,garlic and ginger,carrot,stir fry,add water enough to cook rice,wash rice with salt,add to boiling stir fried stock, add seasoning,taste to adjust,with lil salt,then add crayfish, cook till soft...ready to eat..
