Ingredients

  1. 1 glassRice
  2. 1 glassWater - little more than
  3. as requiredRefined oil
  4. 250 gmspeas
  5. 300 gmspaneer
  6. 1 pinchHeeng
  7. 1 tspJeera
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1badi elaichi
  11. 7-8black pepper
  12. 3-4Cloves
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak 1 glass of rice for 1 hour. Take cooker, add refined oil. Cut paneer into cubes and cook in cooker itself till golden brown.

    Now add all spices and crackle them. Add rice, water and peas. Mix them nicely. Give a boil, then cover the lid.

  3. 3

    As soon the pressure begins simmer the flame for 5-6 mins. Serve them hot with papad and mango pickle.
