Cooking Instructions

Place the pot on the fire and parboiled it, strain it

Grate the Tomatoes, Scotch bonnet and fry it together with the oil for some minutes,add the maggi cubes,salt add 2 to 3 cups of water and cover it to boil

Add the parboiled rice together with onion, spring Onion cover the rice and allow them to be soft,at the end add the spinach off the fire ready to eat
