Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfinely chopped spring onion (whites and greens)
  2. 2 tbsproasted peanut powder
  3. 1crushed green chilli
  4. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  5. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 2 tsplemon juice
  8. 1/4 tspcoriander and cumin powder
  9. (optional- for tadka)
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 1/4 tspmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    1. Combine the spring onion (whites and greens), roasted coriander and cumin powder, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, roasted peanut powder and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.

    3. Heat the oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, put this tadka on to the spring onion salad. Enjoy!
