Ingredients

2 persons
  1. 1 cupgreen gram sprouts
  2. Few pieces of paneer cubes
  3. 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  4. 1 tbspcut tomato pieces
  5. 1 tbspcut onion pieces
  6. 1 tbspcucumber pieces
  7. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  8. For dressing 1tsp each of sesame oil or olive oil, honey, lemon juice
  9. 1 pincheach of roasted cumin powder, black salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and few cut mint leaves

    Take half cup of green gram, wash and soak in water for 6/7hours, then place the soaked green gram in moist muslin cloth and keep for 6/7 hours. Sprinkle water if cloth is dry.

    One cup sprouts are ready, rinse in water remove all water.

    Take sprouts in bowl add paneer, roasted ground nuts, onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves.

    For dressing mix honey, lemon juice, black salt, chilli flakes, sesame oil, black pepper powder, black salt and cut mint leaves. Mix well.

    Add above dressing in the sprouts mixture and mix thoroughly well. The sprouts salad is ready to serve.
