  1. 3Chinese Cabbage Leaves, thinly sliced
  2. 5Mini Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  3. 1Small Onion, thinly sliced
  4. 2Garlic Cloves, minced
  5. 1 packVermicelli Noodles
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 3 tbspSoy Sauce
  8. 2 tbspSesame Oil
  9. 2 tbspChili Oil
  10. 1 tbspSugar
  11. 2 tbspVinegar
  12. 1 tbspFresh Red Chilli Peppers, chopped
  13. 2 tbspCilantro, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, and onion.

    Boil the vermicelli noodles for 30 seconds, then rinse and drain.

    In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables, noodles, and minced garlic.

    Add the salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, vinegar, and fresh red chilli peppers. Mix well.

    Garnish with chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
